Driver's Test First Time Pass Guarantee

Your Eastern Suburbs Driving School Instructor hereby declares as part of our First Time Pass Guarantee; that in the event that a student driver of the school does NOT pass the Victorian Drivers Licence Test, then that student will have,

the cost for the second subsequent re-test paid for by Eastern Suburbs Driving School, includes the time for an ESDS instructor, but not associated VIC Roads costs*

*Subject to the conditions set out below:

• having reached a standard that a Eastern Suburbs instructor considers is safe to drive on the roads; and also;
• having been booked in as a licence candidate for the test with Vic Roads by Eastern Suburbs Driving School
• The Guarantee does not apply for students that incur and instant fail or for changing instructors
